I rode to Wollaston Beach in Quincy to dip the back wheel into the Atlantic and start heading toward the Pacific Ocean.
Present for the “ceremony” and photo opp were my sister, her husband, and a long-time friend (since second grade) who now lives in Cambridge. We had lunch at Tony’s Clam Shop, and then headed across the street to the beach. The weather was not lovely so we did not stay there very long!
The weather forecast shows a big storm coming through tonight and into tomorrow morning. But by mid-day, it should lighten up, so my plan is to leave around mid-day and head to Worcester.
